Today's seniors are wanting houses that are affordable, flexible and that can work for them by providing care and assisted living as required.  We want to provide a building that grows with your needs instead of having to relocate to have those needs met. Our aim is to take care of your changing needs by providing convenient, comfortable and affordable living arrangements.

Those who love to travel -whether it be as a snowbird to Florida for the winter, or to British Columbia for a week to visit family-  can travel easy knowing your vehicles, home and possessions are all safe and being taken care of in a secure building. No need to worry about winterizing or finding a house sitter; just enjoy your freedom!

Assisted Living

As life continues to progress, needs change and grow.  For those who prefer to spend their time on hobbies instead of cooking, an onsite staff member will provide two meals per day, Monday to Friday. Additional services such as cleaning or laundry service are available upon request.
